To do a special issue on embedded was very challenging, more so for big range projects to include, as embedded electronics is part of every industry today.

The major growth factor coming from Telecom and Consumer Electronic sectors.

To achieve optimum results in domestic semiconductor market it is important to complete full cycle, from product design to end of life, within India. Recent announcement by the government to set up two plants to manufacture semiconductor wafers, with a total investment of Rs 5,000 crore are steps in right direction.
